Registration
Online registration for Minnesota State High School League-sanctioned fall athletics opens Monday, July 20. Review the fall athletics practice and tryout schedule for detailed times and locations.
All fees and holds must be cleared before a student can be registered for an activity. Fees are available under the Activities tab in SmartSchoolK12. Add the fee to your cart and complete checkout. Once payment is processed, the hold will be removed automatically.
Free or Reduced Registration Fees
Families must apply for and receive free or reduced-price status for the current school year before reduced registration fees will appear in SmartSchoolK12. A new Application for Educational Benefits must be submitted each school year.

Sports-Qualifying Physical
A current sports-qualifying physical must be recorded in the district's student management and registration systems before a student can be registered. Sports physicals are valid for three years.
If the physical expires during the student's athletic season, an updated physical must be submitted before the student can continue participating.
When visiting a health care practitioner for a sports-qualifying physical, use the appropriate form and ensure it is completed in full by both the health care practitioner and the student's parent or guardian.

Schedule a Sports Physical
Bear Care, the district's health clinic, offers sports physicals. Schedule an appointment with Bear Care.
Submit an Updated Physical
Email completed sports-qualifying physical documentation to physicals@isd624.org.
You will receive a notification email once we have received your physical AND a second email once your student-athlete is officially approved to play.
