White Bear Lake Athletics is pleased to have a strong community partnership with Summit Orthopedics. Summit Orthopedics is committed to providing world-class service to everyone they encounter. Their independent orthopedic specialists deliver individualized care informed by active research and outcomes data. Summit prides itself on being an innovative, nimble organization that can adapt quickly to an ever-changing healthcare environment.
As part of our partnership with Summit, we are fortunate to have two Certified Athletic Trainers and a dedicated team physician that works directly with our athletic programs.
Summit Athletic Trainers are multi-skilled health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, injury evaluation, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Our Certified Athletic Trainers work directly with our WBLAHS student-athletes providing care in at the school as well as working hand-in-hand with the Sports Medicine Physicians in the clinic.

Strength and Conditioning: Meet Coach Hannah!
Hannah Havemeier, BS, ACSM-EP
Hannah received her Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science from UW-River Falls with an emphasis on coaching. She played volleyball collegiately and was an NSCA All American in 2016. Her passion for sports performance began with her internship with the Minnesota Gophers Athletic Performance Coaches. From there she went on to work with youth all the way to the professional level, and has been for the last 8 years. Hannah’s intention with WBLAHS is to elevate student athletes in all aspects of life and sports performance.
